    Lovely Herb Dinner Rolls

    I had made Herbed Dinner Rolls several weeks ago and since it made a LOT of dough froze half to see how it would work. Well, it worked great, just took a little longer to rise but the end results was a soft, fluffy delicious dinner roll

    The swirls are pretty aren't they and my favorite way to shape rolls. Red Apple Guy taught me; wish I knew how to copy the site with the photos but all you do is tear off dough for the size of a roll, roll it into a snake shape and then twist, tucking the end under and place in muffin pans to rise before baking as usual.

    Thanks everyone they turned out better than I'd hoped and the inside was so pillowy (is that a word?) and soft - the perfect dinner roll. Even the dough felt different, soft and easy to work with

    they look fantastic, nice twist with the presentation, gives them the look of cinnamon buns with the white icing (think thats what you call them... been and googled yes, cinnamon swirls/rolls/buns)
