    I made
Baharat Aka Middle East Mixed Spices - the Real Mix #79179
    Syrian Mashed Potatoes #506812 and
    Chicken Majbouz #297910
for supper tonight. I am not sure if Chicken Majbouz is Syrian, but it uses baharat which was listed as being a staple spice in Syria. We all really enjoyed the mashed potatoes, I was surprised that the raw onion worked so well in them. (Sorry the picture turned out so poorly we were in a rush and there weren't enough leftovers to retake it.) icon_biggrin.gif

Fabulous! I'm glad you enjoyed everything! That chicken is Syrian enough for this event. icon_smile.gif All noted on p.1.
