Hi menu peeps!!!! Today is finally starting to feel like Fall! It's been pretty warm lately.
Had great news this week! My eldest DS, Zac, came home!!!! He'll be home until spring training in Feb!!! I feel like making all his favorites, but I'll space it out some icon_smile.gif But I definitely gotta start making meals that stretch, cuz when he's home, so are a lot of his friends!!! But, I love it!!!

Here's my plan for the week. Share yours!!

Saturday - going to a picnic/concert and will be bringing Charmie's Snickerdoodles.

Sunday - Smoked ribs and Charmie's Baked Macaroni and Cheese and whatever vegies look good at the market

Monday - Crock Pot Red Beans (And Rice) with salad and maybe some cornbread

Tuesday - 20 Minute Creamy Pesto Chicken and Bow Ties with salad

Wednesday - Oven Baked Tacos with rice and beans

Thursday - Slow Cooker Soy and Honey noodles - didn't get made last week

Friday - out to eat or leftovers!

Nice Menus ... love red beans and rice. Need to make some. It's been a while.

Not much here, C - glad it is cooling off. It was finally under 70 the other am. But, only 69, at my place. Still very humid. 90's all week. But 80's this week. Fall is coming, but usually mid Oct here. Busy weekend planting all my tomatoes, peppers, a new batch of herbs, starting seedling of scallions and leeks. Cabbage will go in, but beans and lettuce, in a couple of week. Our Fall/Winter Crop.

Me, trying to REALLY clean out the freezer, fridge, and pantry. I have some stew, stuffed peppers, chicken, fish, soup, ravioli, this and that. So, that is the plan.
    --------------------------------------------------------
Having problems looking up my recipes, so sorry no links. I actually have a few this week. Food.com has had many issues, and still does. It is very frustrating right now.

    TONIGHT ...
I know I had a french dip just over a week ago; but; using up turkey, roast beef, au jus, cheese, onions, peppers; and probably sweet potato fries. I don't want anything to go to waste; and, it's easy.

    SUN ...
Pork tenderloin grilled (w/a fresh herb seasoning); acorn squash; grilled; tomato feta, radish olive salad over the pork

    MON ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Chicken Florentine Stew; homemade whole wheat bread; fruit salad
Me: Out to a new restaurant w/friend

    TUES ...
Leftover pork - BBQ'd; 2x baked spud (extra one for the freezer); grilled cabbage wedge with onions and bacon

    WED ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Church function
Me: Ravioli w/a roasted red pepper and pea sauce; mixed green salad

    THURS ...
Salmon cakes w/lemon dill sauce; broccoli slaw; new potatoes; fresh fruit

    FRI ...
Ladies #1 and #2: Card Game Night - TBD
    Me: Out Happy Hour

Sorry for no replies guys. I try to come back and check.

No notifications on ANYTHING from food.com in over a month. CS knows, and no news. Very frustrating.

I try to check back, but it is hard to remember every thread, and every post, and every site.
I wish they would get it fixed once and for all.

I don't get notifications anyways, but I am finding things frustrating. I don't think they are even answering people anylonger, so suspect it will not be fixed or it will be months - it has already been weeks.
