I'm going where Nora is for a fabulous Greek lunch. Picking up wings on the way home for Don but he is pushing for yet another bloody omelette.
I have to make the omelette and I only have to reheat the wings. I know which way this is going down icon_wink.gif

Pasta alfredo w/either grilled shrimp or chicken as a topping. Classic caesar, garlic bread; and steamed mussels in white wine

Me, a few weeks ago, I grilled a couple extra chicken quarters to have on hand in the freezer. So, I'll heat one up, along with a zucchini and summer squash casserole topped w/cheese; and, a radish salad.

You do know that omelette's freeze well, don't you? When my girls were in school I would make a batch every Sunday and freeze them.

Beer Battered Fish n' Chips with a side of slaw.

I'm craving pizza but after 1st time out for it a couple of weeks ago and roach ran out of my salad...I think I'll just fix my own. Tons of tomatoes to be used up so a tomato & red onion salad sounds good.

We had brown rice pasta topped with vegan cheese sauce, and a raw veggie salad with fat-free dressing...then some uncrystallized ginger for dessert.
