Using leftovers again. The remaining slices of pork from my tenderloin.

It is already heated in BBQ. So, going to make a sandwich, with the pork. Use the remaining cabbage I cooked, but add red onions, and cider vinegar, with sugar to pickle it.
Then, top with a mango chutney, and a little mayo, to make it creamy.
On the side, classic chips and a pickle.

    SANDWICH night!

It was SUPPOSED to rain today, so I modified this sausage, bean and kale stew for today. It's already made, so we're doing it.

It was really good when I first made it - it's bound to be even better after sitting a few days, right?

    Plus, Minimal Effort Thursday. icon_wink.gif

    I. Have. No. Clue. Whatsoever....

Found a few tamales in the freezer, served with canned chili and hominy. I really just couldn't be bothered to do much tonight.

Just DD and I today. She is going to watch the highschool football game tonight so may be a late dinner. I'm thinking Cheesy Olive Snacks and
    Creamy Tomato Soup.

    wave.gif Mums!

It is VERY good. Every time I make it, it gets RAVE reviews from DH and the kids. NOTHING I make gets that many high 5s!

It's been marinating for 24 hours icon_confused.gif (Plan B from last night) so I hope it' snot overly marinated.

We had tacos filled with seasoned beans, cilantro, tomato, green onions, and avocado. And pretzels and green grapes on the side.
