I know this is probably a basic recipe, but I can't find it anywhere. I've looked for minute steak recipes and cubed steak recipes but no luck. As I remember it, the steaks had bread stuffing on them then they were rolled up like a jelly roll and cooked in a brown gravy. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? Thanks! Kendra

Try looking for roulade, roulades, or rouladen. Roulades use a variety of fillings, so you may have to look a bit to find one with a bread stuffing. Flank or round steak is also often cooked that way.

Cube Steak Roll-Ups - this one uses soup for the sauce, but I think you could use gravy instead

That's the one! Thanks so much, LainieBug. I should have known Silent Cricket would have posted one of those recipes. Don't know why I didn't just go directly to her recipes! Kendra
