Happy Birthday to the "Hublet" (love that nickname)!

For us it is veal parmesan, salad and maybe a small side of pasta.
Thanks Mums, I call him that because we have lived together for 12 years, but are not really married, so he is like a hub in training, I'll let ya know when he is thoroughly ready. icon_confused.gif

My husband came housebroken..... I keep forgetting to send his ex a thank you card. (my little joke) LOL!

Seriously, he's a great guy, I'm not sure how I got this lucky.

    FRIDAY the 13th

Poker night with the guys. A night of Fried Goodness

Baked wings, then fried to crisp up. Done 4 ways.
Classic buffalo, sweet honey mesquite, parm, and Asian
Bloomin onion, fries, and fried mushrooms
Sauce - ranch, blue cheese, outback sauce
Pickle dip, cheese, crackers, chips, pita, and hummus
    Big trays of veggies
Plenty of beer and did I mention ... plenty of beer

GAWD I love fried food! LOL! Especially buffalo chicken wings. I had them for the first time in St. Pete Beach many moons ago.

Tonight it's burgers on the grill and oven roasted potatoes.

Have you tried St. Louis Fried Ravioli? You dip em in warm marinara sauce icon_twisted.gif

We had veggie sandwiches, with diced fresh mangos (perfectly ripe & amazing!) on the side.
