That sounds like a lot of fun. Even if you don't have any luck with the cards, at least you can stuff yourself silly! Delicousness!

Thx Mums, our gang is always lots of fun. Everyone pitches in and cooks. No dishes, nothing fancy. And the looser always buys the beer, and the profits go back into buying the food; So, it's a win win night.

    Happy Saturday Everyone!

Nothing special here. For the next couple of weeks, I am really going to try to clean out my freezer and pantry. Then restock.

Tonight, I have 1 hoagie bun; 1/4 lb turkey, 1/4 roast beef, 2-3 slices of swiss; and, some au jus from last weeks French Dip. This time I'll add some caramelized onions, and peppers; and sweet potato fries on the side. I suppose I could get more creative, but I'm taking the easy way out.
