    Hi everyone!
Yes, this site is all messed up. Not everything is fixed; my profile is back, but some recipes messed up. Major problems. They honestly do NOT have their act together. I'm getting very tired of it.
RBW, looks like a good recipe. Nothing special here. My birthday was Fri, and between Thurs night and today, everything got mixed up, cancelled, or changed; so my whole menu got switched. Also, my knee is still bothering me, so my friend is handling my clients.
Me, have a few things planned; but things could easily get moved around. Supposed to be out of town a couple of days, but not sure when; also, going to a new restaurant opening ... I think; and teaching a cooking class. So, it will be all up in the air this week and next.
    ---------------------------------------
    TONIGHT ...
A version of Charmies egg rolls w/duck sauce, egg drop soup, peaches

    SUN ...
Breakfast w/girl friend; grilled Italian chicken (frozen in an Italian marinade); egg noodles in a fresh tomato sauce; salad with marinated cucumbers and olives

    MON ...
Corn enchiladas w/green enchilada sauce (recipe on another sit); tomatoes slices; and, melon

    TUES ...
Day work - late dinner. Leftover egg rolls and egg drop soup with a g/f

    WED ...
French dip sandwich, homemade carrot raisin salad (carrots to use up)

    THURS ...
Work, so either - shrimp and tortellini salad of some kind, served cold, with fruit; or, leftover corn enchiladas

    FRI ...
Out, happy hour or poker night. NO clue right now
    -------------------------------------------------
Don't forget ... clean out that pantry, fridge, and freezer ... there is a meal waiting to be made
Breakfast: cottage cheese, yogurt, and fruit
    Lunch: leftovers or fruit

Hi menu peeps. Guess I never made it back. Have had a bad case of vertigo!!! It's so crazy, I can't do anything. So I've just been winging it for dinner. I go through spells where I'm fine and take advantage of it by cooking. But nothing really to share here!!!
