    Spinach Salad With a Bit of a Kick
    Atlantic Salmon Salad W Coriander & Chilli
    Warm Halloumi Salad With Chilli Dressing

    This is a great recipe, Roast sweet potato then add some chopped chilli with the seeds taken out first so that its not too hot, add some olive oil, wine vinegar and fetta cheese. Sometimes I use the chilli infused olive oil instead of fresh chilli's
