    Looking for a copy cat for Brio Italian Restaurants creamy horseradish sauce.

    Thanks! The sauce at Brio does not have a strong horseradish flavor and it is slightly sweet.

    This recipe is described as having a mild horseradish taste - you could add a little sugar to add the sweetness - start with a small amount and taste, adjusting until you like the taste, Creamy Horseradish Sauce

    Here are these other similar recipes containing honey or sugar to make a sweet horseradish creamy sauce:

    SWEET HORSERADISH SAUCE RECIPE -

    Yield: 4 servings - Ingredients:
    1/4 cup honey
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup whipped cream
    3 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
    Directions:
    In small bowl, mix honey and mayonnaise until smooth, fold in whipped cream. Stir in horseradish, mustard, salt and vinegar. Mix well. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.

    HORSERADISH CREAM SAUCE RECIPE -

    Makes 2 1/2 cups - Ingredients:
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup prepared horseradish - (or use less, if you like)
    2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    3/4 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks
    1 pinch white sugar, or to taste
    salt and black pepper to taste
    Directions:
    Stir the mayonnaise, horseradish, and Dijon mustard in a bowl until evenly combined. Fold in the whipped cream, then season to taste with sugar, salt, and pepper.
