I apologize for the confusion of calling you "she" instead of "he", Craig. icon_rolleyes.gif icon_redface.gif
And thanks for your response with the explanation about the Video Clip you have with the exact recipe that you want.

I checked out the KCBS - KCAL9 - As Seen On TV recipe section of Fresh Grocer' Tony Tantillo and the recipes posted there are exactly the same like the one in the CBS New York.

I still think that the recipe I posted above by Giada De Laurentiis with NO mushrooms included, is the most similar to your ingredients' list, except for the last three ingredients: capers, dried oregano and fresh basil leaves; which you can easily substitute for parsley and rosemary, as these fresh herbs are included in this other similar recipe: Pollo Alla Cacciatora (Italian Hunter-Style Chicken) icon_biggrin.gif

    4 chicken thighs
2 chicken breasts with skin and backbone, halved crosswise
2 teaspoons salt, plus more to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
1/2 cup all purpose flour, for dredging
    3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    3/4 cup dry white wine
1 ( 28-ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
    3/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
    3 tablespoons drained capers
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves

Hope you enjoy the recipe you fix tomorrow. icon_biggrin.gif
    And yes...happy cooking and eating...!!!
