Since I'm a carb-a-holic, carb junkie, carb LOVER, (and it shows BTW) I would have to say it is breads, rolls, potatoes. I have gotten better at watching what I eat, but there is no Atkins diet in my future. Don't get me wrong, I eat my fruits and veggies, but love me some good breads and rolls. When I was little I would eat a piece of buttered bread after supper, and my mom said that is what my Grandpa Jake (Dad's dad) used to do. I guess it runs in the family.
