    Thank you so much for posting this article. It strengthened my opinion about how sugar is increasing our waistlines and causing health issues. I am so angry with these companies for labeling products as "healthy" when they are not. icon_evil.gif

    I so agree, all those "healthy snacks for kids" or "healthy granolas" always make me angry.
    Helping spread the word maybe does help - if people know what all that junk stuff is about, they might stop buying it eventually.
