    Thanks for the complements on the photos. The previous post has the links to your recipe (posted a while ago) and my recipe posted the other day. You were so helpful in introducing me to this soup... that I can't thank you enough. Every once in a while I make a recipe that is so super good and this one is a winner, gets two thumbs up!

    The down side is that I am single and always make to much... so I had the soup three days in a row. And I did confess that I screwed up making the fried noodles look like a birds nest (One of my notes at the bottom of the recipe).

    I'm a broth-y kind of gal, so would probably go first for the versions shown
    on the previous page. But they all look delicious.
