Any suggestions for some extra club soda? I bought a bottle for a recipe and have more than half of it left and I'm not used to using club soda.

Use it for sparkling lemonade, or add any flavored syrup to it.

Simply squeeze lime, lemon or grapefruit to it. crush up some mint, it is a great light drink for summer. Sometimes I just crush up strawberries and add the soda, same with peaches, etc. Delicious.

Add to wine for a spritzer

Great added to an alcoholic drink to lighten it up.

    McDonald’s Pancakes Ingredients:
    •2/3 cup 7-up
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 1/2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick (or any dry biscuit mix)

    How to make McDonald’s Pancakes:

Put all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed a few seconds until smooth. Let stand 10 minutes before using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on hot, oiled griddle, browning each side. Makes 8 to 10 pancakes. Servings: 8

I prefer club soda over 7 up for the blander taste.

I knew there was a recipe for adding fizz to pancakes. Nice!
