Anyone willing to sell me 10 My Great Recipes cards?

I just did an inventory of my 1984-vintage My Great Recipes. I got the whole set back then filling two packed boxes. But apparently over the years I have misplaced ten cards. Acquiring them would complete the set and make for a nice gift to our family's next generation. If you have them and would be willing to part with them I'd be willing to pay you a modest sum for your time and trouble. The missing cards:

    7 - #48
    9 - #75
    20 - #67
    23 - #191
    23 - #193
    23 - #210
    24 - #28
    plus Hints & Tips #9, 28 and 46

Unfortunately, I don't have the 1984 Vintage My Great Recipes card collection, but I have the complete set of the 1971 Betty Crocker Recipe Card Library in the original, orange color plastic box from A to X group cards.

I also bought the additional group cards AA to FF included in this set, which all the cards are in excellent and mint condition; so am willing to sell it just in case that somebody is really interested.

I also have a collection of "Quick Cooking" Magazines from Taste of Home since:
    March - April 2002 - November - December 2002 -
    January - February 2003 - November - December 2003 -
    January - February 2004 -

And also the collection of "Light & Tasty" Magazines from Taste of Home since:
    June - July 2001 - October - November 2001 -
    December 2001 - January 2002 -
    December 2002 - January 2003 -
    December 2003 - January 2004 -
    December 2004 - January 2005 -
    February - March 2005 and April - May 2005

All these magazines are also in excellent condition, collected in binders with clear plastic covers by two years each, or 12 magazines in each binder.

If no one is willing to part with the originals, I'm sure they'd be willing to post the recipes for you. Then it would be arts and crafts time for you, making some reasonable facsimiles!
You might consider scanning, or at least photocopying, the ones you do have in case they are lost or destroyed.

Could you write the name of each one of the 7 recipes missing from those card numbers?.
Perhaps In that way, I can find the exact recipes that you want, ok?.

Better still, if they are willing to scan them all you need do is print them out on card stock paper. icon_smile.gif

I didn't think so but thought I would ask. Appreciate the response. Thanks

I do not have these but in a search for them I came across this Princess of a site. She may just send you copis or post them for you to print out. Great little site. Fun reading. She has posted several cards already in living color and seems to be willing to do some more.

    Good luck and HTH

I also sent an email to someone who has a set to see if they have these and are willing to post or send me in email. If so I will forward to you.
