    I just read an interesting article about weight loss diets. The slideshow discusses many of them and explains the good points and the not so good points in each-

    Laury, I want to read that link as soon as I am with it enough to comprehend it. This past week has been a night mare for me in PT and my pain level went back up so I have been taking my meds for pain this week and just can't comprehend a lot. Thanks for posting this though.

    According to me the best way to lose your weight is that you take a lot of care about your diet and exercise. Always try to eat low fated food and also avoid to eat fast food. In exercise i think cycling and swimming are the best for this purpose. You must do exercise daily for two hours.

    I am not sure where you got that you must exercise daily for two hours, because that is so untrue. That might be what it takes for you but if I exercised for two hours I'd be in a negative calorie intake and would go into acidosis.

    Informative link on weight management and like to say to lose and maintain healthy body weight, we must follow nutritive diet meal plan and engage in regular physical activities. Avoid skipping meals, do not eat late and avoid stimulants.
