    l am looking for a pattern for a poncho for a 12 year old girl. I am quite new at crocheting, so any tips would be very much appreciated. Thanks

    What kind of poncho did you have in mind? Granny squares, solids, stripes, etc?

    Any poncho, but she doesn't like granny squares.
