We had sausages on the barbie and portobello stuffed with pepperoni, pizza toppings and melted cheese on top...yummy! I also bought a bag of frozen veggies that were supposed to be "thai" style. OMG they were crap and I chucked them. icon_eek.gif

DH and I are both working OT this week so I made a pot of beef stew yesterday for tonight. I had a bowl of that and an onion poppy seed ciabatta roll. I had been looking forward to my "comfort food" all day! icon_smile.gif

DD had her Teen Leadership meeting at (uck) Burger King because there was a “cashola” fund raising event for one of the elementary schools there and the Teen Leadership leaders though it’d be a good idea (did I mention uck?)
So… since DD isn’t a fan of anything curry, I switched gears and made a Thai yellow curry shrimp dish instead
(DD had two iced coffees and a crispy chicken wrap thing and small french fries)
