    Nope, not the pork, too windy to grill. Have an open jar of marinara in fridge, will saute mushrooms and zucchini and have it all on cheese and spinach ravioli from the freezer, and a small salad.

    I have some mushrooms and scallions that I should have used ASAP yesterday.

    I'll saute them in a bit of butter and fold into some soft scrambled eggs and cream cheese.

    Serving with some steamed corn tortillas rolled up with salsa on the side.
