Carrot Bundt Cake With Cream Cheese Glaze
Hello I want to do this recipe but I need to know the size of the bundt pan I will need.

If not specified, you should always use large eggs when baking.

There are about 11 cups of ingredients there, so you need a 10 x 3.5 inch bundt pan, which will hold 12 cups. (That's the largest bundt pan I'm aware of - but it still seems small for that quantity of batter.)

Good morning. A 10 X 3 1/2 inch BUNDT pan is acceptable. as it will hold 7 1/2, cups of batter allowing for the chemical leaveners. This recipe is 7.5, cups without the frosting which is placed after the actual baking thereof.

I hope this information helps you & enjoy the rest of the day.
