    Good morning,

I would love to have the ingredients for the Cheesecake Factory Cream of Chicken and Artichoke soup. My husband and I love this soup and I have tried making it at home.

    Thank you.

Fran posted the list of ingredients for the soup on page 1 of this thread.

I saw the "posted" as previously stated. I was looking for fran_p_dougherty__4889832's recipe. As far as I can see she listed ingredients, but not amounts. As someone else stated, Cheesecake Factory definately had peas and red peppers.

Sorrry I reposted. I'm in my mid seventies and have never requested a recipe. I'm sure I won't again. I don't feel this group is very friendly or for me.

Chef, pinky kookie posted a number of recipes that may or may not be close - perhaps by using fran's ingredients to tweak those recipes you might get closer. Cheesecake Factory is a commercial establishment and naturally has no interest in having its recipe revealed, plus it would be using commercial ingredients that normally would not be available to home cooks. To date no one has found CF's recipe, and the above is a way to get an approximation. We'd be glad to share the recipe if we had it, but no one seems to have it.

You are right, Duonyte. Anyone interested in that copycat recipe can easily use those similar recipes posted here, just by adding the mushrooms, red peppers and peas and omiting the other ingredients that don't want, so big issue...and there you have it...!!! icon_biggrin.gif icon_wink.gif

As mentioned previously, it appears that no one has the actual recipe, just approximations and ingredient lists. See both pages of the thread for all the information. If you can work it out from that, I'm sure all those folks would love it if you posted the recipe!
You could also try contacting Fran using the Send Message link on her page. She may have worked out the recipe by now, and maybe SHE can post it!
