I am reading about several problems encountered with the food, com website and see no answers or solutions. I for one am unable to sign in and thus not able to create cookbooks, save recipes etc. although I can write in this forum.

Has anyone been fortunate enough to get any answers?

    Hi, xjojo7!
You wouldn't be able to post here if you weren't signed in. The staff does not work on weekends, so Mary will probably be playing catch-up today. If you posted about a problem she'll get to you eventually. It's helpful to let her know what browser(s) and versions you use, so she can try to duplicate the problem.
In the meantime, if you can describe the specific issue you are having, maybe members can help you. Does the Save to cookbook link not work for you?

    Thank you Zeldaz!

xjojo7, please let me know what browser and version you are using so I can test your account. This problem has crept up before but Zeldaz is correct, you are signed in on some level or you wouldn't be able to post here.

As soon as I receive your browser information I will begin testing!

Oh my gosh this just kills me. The community forum for support is absolutely HUGE anymore. Three times the size it use to be when it was Recipe Zaar. And Mary, well just go check out other topics and see Mary's responses. She is darn good at "copy and paste" that she is! Have you updated to the latest version? We don't work on weekends.... Gee, I tried it and had no problems can't seem to recreate the error... Brother. Of course what an idiot I am. I too am still here. Hard to break old habits. I don't post much of anything anymore. I don't review recipes like I use to. I REFUSE to answer any of their surveys. I play around trying to google some answers for the super people here on the site hoping to find one for you but man, that takes some time. The developers do not seem to give a rat's, you know. If you are using firefox and cannot add to cookbook yet can make it happen in Internet Exployer like "save to your cookbook" the problem is in the javascript. The developers have not completed the action code. Or so it is something to do with the java. Updating to the latest version will not correct the problem.
