Keep him alive so he'll tell all he knows, then execute the scum wad! Like was said -- we don't need any more Casey Anthonys to slip through the cracks. Swift justice for a murderer and a happy dance on the day of execution! The entire nation will be sending up balloons!

I'm glad they will have the chance to interrogate him. However, I don't think he knows as much as we think nor do I think he will tell the police/FBI/ATF much. I think there were others, who probably got them the explosives and firearms. I hope that law enforcement can find and follow the trail and get any others.

As for the death penalty.......if he is tried in federal court, I do not think he can get the death penalty. I believe after McVeigh was executed that it was found unconstitutional for the federal government to execute prisoners. May be some exceptions though.

He sure can. McVeigh was executed June 11, 01. September 11, 2001 put that "possible law" to rest.
