    Using The Last Of The Eggs Before The Cruise

    I decided to use the last two eggs I had to make an omelet. Before adding the shaved ham & Italian cheese to the eggs in the pan, they were seasoned with some Cajun Spice Mix.After folding the omelet, the top was seasoned with more of the seasoning.

    Oh my, that 1st photo specially is stunning!!!

    And now you have a cleaned out fridge, and must be all set to go! Don't forget to empty out the bread bin! I did once ... and after a month we came back to a grey, furry Persian cat in that bin ... rotfl.gif
