Using the last leftover baked potato, peeled and cut into chunks( I ALWAYS bake extra potatoes),some cooked broccoli, and leftover basic cheese sauce.Mixed all together and added some S & P, baked for about 20 min.. Then topped with the last of the french fried onions and baked for another 10 min.
It made a great side to go with a hamburger patty seasoned w/Cajun Spice Mix.

So with Zurie in that #2 is droolicious.

Love the taste of French fried onion and the flavor they bring to food, too bad they are so bad for my already high cholesterol icon_sad.gif
