I started off this morning with homemade bagels and finished the day with shredded beef over Spanish rice. I need to pay more attention to food.com's low fat recipes or my new bathing suit is going to be laughable this summer.

Did you post a photo? I don't see one, but my connection is bad where i am now.

Listen -- forget the low-fat. Cut out (or down) on all carbs and you'll drop weight so quickly! Concentrate on protein, eggs, cheese, lots of veggies and salads! Go slow on fruit (the sugar). Have eggs and bacon for breakfast, with low-carb crispbread. Eat tuna for lunch ... that kind of thing. Dinner: lovely meat, vegs and salad. Eat avo's. But don't buy anything low-fat, because it's always higher in carbs and calories!

I did not post a photo. I try to eat the way you mentioned. I find it hard to make time for proper exercise. I honestly have not made it as high of a priority as I should. icon_redface.gif
