    Hi all,

I wonder whether here is the right forum for my posting? OR Community Cafe?

Russian vodka served with caviar on toast is well known world-wide and for centuries. Nowadays caviar from Russia is quite expensive and the price of almas caviar is of sky high. Is there any substitute for caviar equally making a good combination?

Where can I find good quality Russian Volka brewed in Russia? IIRC about 20 year ago when I was visiting North Europe, in Filand I found a bottle of Russian vodka. The bottle was poorly designed and made but the spirit inside was fantastic. I never forgot its smell. It tasted non-irritating, nor burning my tongue even the alcohol content exceeding 40%.
