    Melt in Your Mouth Chicken Breasts Hi, I wanted to find out which brand of mayonnaise is used in this receipe. Many thanks! icon_biggrin.gif

    You can try contacting the chef, but the recipe was added 11 years ago. I would use any good mayo to make this. Hellman's has a similar recipe they advertise, so that's one brand to consider.

    I would not even try this recipe without reading all the reviews, namely the negative ones. One cup of ANY mayo is way too much for only 4 servings of ANY food.

    Duke's mayo! But, I totally agree w/Carol G. This amount of mayo..of ANY brand is rediculous! Find another recipe, or just dump the idea altogether!
