2 Ingredient Toasted Coconut Macaroon Cookie Creations

Could you bake these? Or the only way to cook them is grilling?

    Thank you!!

The posting chef mentions "the grill" not sure what that means but also mentions "the broiler", which would indicate using the oven broiler.

Many broiler have different settings. I would use a medium setting and place the rack in the middle of the oven. Watch carefully.

One review was not favorable. You might wish to compare this to other macaroon recipes to get some pointers.

    Good luck

If you want to bake them, you could try this variation:

    16 ounces shredded coconut
1 can (14-15 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Directions for coconut macaroons
Mix all ingredients together. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto generously greased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Cool coconut macaroons slightly; remove to rack. Makes about 4 to 5 dozen coconut macaroons.

Personally, I prefer the traditional baked macaroons made with egg whites.
