Stuffed tomatoes are an inexpensive and quick-and-easy snack which can also be served as an appetizer. You can stuff them with salads or stuff them with grains, meat, veggies, cheese, etc. and bake them. They are good stuffed and grilled too. In Greek, they are known as yemistes. Small tomatoes can be stuffed and served as appetizers. A great way to use up all those tomatoes from the garden! Do you have a special recipe you love for stuffed tomatoes? Please share!

Lovely thread Sharon - I love those tiny tomatoes - I am not a great fan of cooked tomatoes - dont mind them in casseroles etc but those look wonderful and Simon is a tomato addict!
