Anyone know how to make this? We used to go to Denver all the time but haven't been lately.
I would love to have the recipe.
    Coffee, cream, carmel possibly?

The description I saw was that it was a cappuccino-espresso granita. I found this posted here, Cappuccino Granita - perhaps you can try it and then tweak it as needed to achieve the taste you remember.

I used to work there -- it was made with Coffee Beanery's toasted almond coffee (regular drip, not espresso-style), which was then chilled. Equal parts chocolate and caramel syrup, cream and ice. (I loved these so much.)

    Hi adopt a greyhound,
This is a similar recipe that maybe you would like to try.icon_biggrin.gif

Just add the equal part of 5 tablespoons of Chocolate Flavored syrup and the 5 tablespoons of Caramel Flavored syrup included in this recipe, to get the exact flavored coffee, as angelalala says, and omit the 1 tablespoon vanilla flavored syrup, if you want.

Prep Time: 10 minutes - Yield: 2 servings.
1/4 cup strong brewed Folgers® French Roast Coffee
Or 1/4 cup strong brewed Folgers® Black Silk Coffee, chilled
5 tablespoons Smucker's® Sundae Syrup™ Caramel Flavored Syrup, plus additional for garnish
    1 tablespoon vanilla flavored syrup*
    1/4 cup cold milk
    1 1/2 cups ice cubes
    Whipped cream
    1. Place chilled coffee, caramel sundae syrup, vanilla syrup and cold milk in blender container. Cover. Blend on medium speed until combined. Add ice cubes. Process until thick and slushy.
    2. Pour into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle with caramel sundae syrup.
    3. *A variety of flavored syrups that enhance coffee drinks are available in supermarket coffee aisles, specialty coffee houses, gourmet food stores and online.
