    Help me find a receipe,buttery cream or sauce shrimp

    I've been looking a long time for this recipe,its in alot of asian restaraunts,china king,panda, its large shrimp in a buttery white sauce,kinda sweet,thick,a little crispy like it was baked.people say its snow shrimp but it doesnt look right. [/b]

    There is one recipe in the data base, it's not a white sauce though. The soy sauce would add flavor & make it a brown sauce, which is a common ingredient.

    Kung Pao Chicken, Shrimp or Beef (Panda Express - Style)

    I suspect the shrimp are fried using a light coating of corn starch as the coating.
