As I have mentioned, the cookbook link no longer works for me. I am using the latest version of Google Chrome (see earlier post). However, I have no trouble with the link in Internet Explorer. Is this just a problem with Chrome? Will it be fixed? Thanks very much.

Chrome worked for me when I was adding recipes to Cookbooks. It would help Mary if you would provide a little more information - are you using a desktop/laptop or an iPad? Are you adding from a recipe? Or is it some other cookbook link that is not working for you?

Any help would be great, thanks.

Try updating to the latest versions of FF and Chrome and see if that helps. I tested in FF19 and Chrome 26 and it's working fine for me.

Also, we support Flash Player 9 and above, and Java 6 and above. Please verify you have these. To check which version you have, please click on http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/. Under Adobe Flash Player, click on link to Test your Adobe Flash Player installation. If you do not currently have Flash downloaded on your computer, you may download it for free at the Adobe website, http://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/. To verify your java version, please use the following link and click on the middle link asking Do I have Java. If you do not currently have Java downloaded on your computer, click on the red button for Free Java Download.

I am on the latest iPad, with all updates current. Do you know when this will be fixed? I cannot scroll down in the list of categories when I click "Save to Cookbook." It just starts saving into each category if I touch the left side of the pop up box, because the column won't scroll down past the first five categories that show up in the pop up box - it's like the pop up box is frozen. Anywhere I touch it to scroll, it just saves a recipe and won't scroll and continue down the column, thus I can't get down to the lower categories I've created for saved recipes. icon_eek.gif icon_sad.gif Thanks, Peggy

There is a bug with adding recipes to cookbooks through the iPad. Our team is aware of this and working on a fix. In the meantime, we suggest using a desktop/laptop. We apologize for any inconvenience and thanks for your patience!

I have the latest version of Chrome, Java and Flash. I am using a new laptop with Windows 8. The cookbook link is still not working (adding recipes to Cookbooks). Again, I have no problems in Internet Explorer, but I prefer Chrome. Any advice?

Regrettably, I am unable to duplicate. Have you tried emptying your cache and cookies and see if that helps? What happens specifically when you try to save a recipe to one of your cookbooks? When you click on add to cookbook, do you get a pop up box with a list of your cookbooks?

I tried this but still no change. When I try to add a recipe to a cookbook and click on the cookbook link, the page just refreshes.

But this is just isolated to Chrome for you, correct? If you would please, click on the following link and at the top you will see a section to enter your name, email, and recipient's email to send details. Use help@food.com for recipient email. And next to your name if you would write reason for trouble, like saving recipe to cookbook as well as your chef name. This will give us all the specs on your end to help us troubleshoot further. Please click on the link below from the browser you are experiencing the issues on.
