My favorite apple to eat is Envy! Especially the ones from New Zealand. They are super delicious, skin and all. The flesh stays white for hours. It must be the soil, water, "something"....because Envy apples from the usa are not near as tasty, nor does the flesh stay white. I have found that most apples from New Zealand are very good and full of flavor. They don't wax up the skin of the apples neither.
