Homemade Sausage Seasoning Blend Do I use 3tbsp of this recipe per lb of meat ? First time for me..

The header note says "Each batch is enough to season 1 pound of meat." It doesn't actually make 3 tbsp - more like 2 1/2. If you're scaling the amount up to store the mix in the cupboard, use about 2 1/2 tbsp per pound of meat. Otherwise, just mix it fresh.
