Help! I need a recipe for homemade "lemon pie filling"
HI! I have a version of this lemon cream cheese dessert recipe from my mom and it's one of my favorites!
I haven't made it a long time and now I've finally decided to make it tonight! Problem is, I live in Norway now and can't find the lemon fill in any of the grocery stores here where I live. Is there an easy homemade recipe I can use?

Thanks for any help I can get. icon_smile.gif

These require you to make your own filling from scratch, but may give you a similar result.

This recipe is for a lemon pudding, which could be used as a pie filling.

You could probably use a store bought lemon curd for the topping, or make a lemon curd from scratch too. icon_confused.gif

There are a number of lemon puddings and pie fillings posted which would likely work in this recipe, and I am sure they will taste better than the mix.
