Hi. I have a brand new tajine - how long would I need to cook this in the tajine?

Tagines, like any other meat stew, benefit from low and slow cooking. I'd go for 3-4 hours at 300-325.

Thanks - I assume that is farenheit? I'm in a metric country but can convert.

Yes, Farenheit - that would be more than a home oven could provide if a celsius temp!
