    Passover Vegetable Cups
I read that these can be frozen. That is handy. What is the best way to serve them after freezing them? How do I defrost and then keep them warm for a seder? Thank you.

I don't know that these will freeze well. I'd be concerned that the quiches (which is what they are, essentially) will weep out all their water when defrosting, and be rubbery when reheated. Personally, I would make these fresh if at all possible.

Oops already made 24 yesterday and have 12 more in the oven right now. So, if you could possibly help with the defrosting angle, I'd appreciate it. Someone's comments said they were definitely freezable. Thanks.

Contact the person who froze them by clicking on his name and using the Send Message link on his About Me page.

I did. It said she was no longer accepting personal messages.

In that case, the best I can offer is to thaw them thoroughly in the fridge and heat them as gently as possible.

Why don't you try sending a personal message to the person who left the comment about freezing them? She would know best.

That is what I suggested, the op said she/he no longer takes messages.

Ok, I thought she contacted the posting chef. Sorry.
