Recipe for Naan bread says 1# of flour. How many cups to 1 #?

Most good baking recipes use weight measurements rather than volume, it's much more accurate for reliable results. You can pick up an inexpensive digital scale for as little as ten dollars, and it will make your baking so much better, plus help with portion control. They also convert US to Metric and vice versa. Mine is used daily, and I heartily recommend you consider getting one at some point.

Thank you. I use the scale for portion control. Guess I am a tsp. tbs, cup person. I will try using the weight measure when a recipe calls for pounds or ounces.
