Oh yes it would be a problem Connie! They are fairly well behaved but the second you put a deer or a coyote on the horizon I'd be standing waving bye, bye. We'd have to fence the entire back yard and I'm not really happy about being on a road like that. Certainly not a highway by city standards but a busy regional road.

Those yards are all lovely. Can you imagine the cost to fence a yard that big?
You mentioned linoleum flooring - I saw a home improvement show just the other day and the house had travertine (sp?) flooring that was linoleum and it looked great! I couldn't believe it was linoleum.

Mums - the ones I have seen have been linoleum from the 50's.
I have no problem with vinyl flooring and the new 'vinyl' comes in so many designs and faux finishes. I prefer it to tiles because grout cleaning is my idea of hell on earth!

Some of the new vinyl is amazing! Check out Karndeen. It is amazing stuff. I wish I had used the plank vinyl in this house instead of laminate. Now that I have it just let me say I HATE LAMINATE FLOORING!

Luxury vinyl flooring is what we put in our our kitchen floor, when we remodeled it a few years ago. Love it! It is very thick vinlyl looks like ceramic tile. People are surpised when we tell them it is vinyl flooring.

Congrats! Having a house on the market is sooo stressful. Now you get to have fun shopping for a new house with cash in your hand which is a big bargaining tool when making an offer on new home.

We are seeing 4 houses on Wednesday. We have seen everything else available within 50 sq miles that is currently on the market within our parameters. If none of the 4 are suitable we will just have to wait for new inventory to come up. That could get stressful as we have 94 days to find a house and close on it. We would also like to own both for at least a couple of weeks so we could paint etc. But yeah...buying is MUCH more fun than selling.
Saralaya..maybe a thread for K9's new Kennel?

TA DA! YAHOO FOR YOU BOTH!
At least it is that time of year when people are looking to list their homes and get moved by the summer. You are definitely in the driver's seat knowing your place is already sold.
I am so happy for you, congratulations!

<giggle> The ONLY reason I poke fun is 1) this time last year I was packing for a move and 2) as you know I am currently getting MIL's house ready to put on the market. Packing just plain sucks!!!!
