Bake sale weekend at church

It's bake sale weekend at church, so I made them 20 loaves of free form, olive oil Italian, and made 4 loves in pans for us. Started working at 0430 and the last pan came out of the oven at 0900. I'll let them cool for a couple of hours then bag and tag them. All 20 loaves will be gone within 90 minutes of dropping them off. They pay $5 per loaf, but everyone knows it goes to support a missionary in El Salvador. I was told that the sales from my bread generate $100 which will feed this man for almost 3 months. 4-1/2 hours work to feed someone for that long is amazing to me, and needless to say, I enjoy helping him out. We do this 3 times each year. I certainly couldn't do what he is doing, especially out in the jungle.

It's wonderful, doing all that. Your breads are so perfect and beautiful.

I'm sure many of us, including me, would love to contribute more to poor and needy people. Lovely photo. Good luck to you, you're a great guy.
