For I'm Pat, have eaten and reviewed " Sauteed Mushrooms" ! A grand, creamy addition to a "bleeding heart" steak -- done perfectly on the grill !

For Group 5
I have made Sue Lau's Mango Coconut Sorbet (Diabetic Friendly). It's looking good and we'll be having it tonight for desert. As I don't have an ice cream maker, I've been letting it almost set and then taking it out of the freezer and whipping it with an electric beater to dissolve the ice particles. I also subed the honey, as I didn't have any, with 2 cubes of palm sugar. A taste test from licking the spoon makes me think this has worked just as well as honey.

 Hi Crafty Lady
As your photo above has already posted to the recipe here on the site, you could link to it- you don't need to upload your photo to photobucket.
If you go to the recipe and right click on your photo, highlight and copy the URL address for the photo, then return back here to your forum thread and paste in the address. You will also need to then add the "image" [img] tags to the start and end.

Thanks, Julie! That's a great tip. That way I wouldn't have to upload my photos to two different places. I am going to give that a try the next time I have to post a photo to a forum (which I know will be soon).

For Group 5 I have made Sue Lau's Spicy Vegetable Samosas. Absolutely devine wee parcels that are worth the time it takes to prepare. My sister-in-law popped in yesterday afternoon and ended up staying for dinner. So unfortunately there were only 4 Samosa's left to photograph as the rest had been devoured!!! I served them with Riata, pumpkin chutney and heirloom cherry tomatoes. A most enjoyable meal which was also enjoyed with a couple of glasses of an excellent NZ Savignon Blanc. Appologies for the slightly blurry pic. Looks like auto-focus got a little confused.
