My favorite recipes for this contest were the Eggs Ponzu and the Ham and Bean Casserole....so good my dh enjoyed the soups the most.

Thank you all for your wonderful creations, we enjoyed 12 excellent dishes...my hats off to all of you....

I did just get a *huge* giggle reading Baby Kato's review of Spicy Tomato Beef Soup by Annacia - a recipe that sounds so good, and that I have to try soon. Anyway, Baby, here's the quote.

I was so frustrated because I could not find Ponzu sauce in my neck of the woods. Will now keep an eye open for it when further from home! That prevented me making more recipes. (I know ... there's a recipe for the sauce on site. I was too lazy to make it ...)

I was amazed at the creative talent of the chefs (I said that somewhere before) because the ingredient list was quite challenging. And all the recipes were different, too!
