    According to this, cashews are high in minerals such as magnesium, rion and zinc.
    People with food intolerances easily get into deficiencies. Particularly gluten intolerance / celiac disease often cause a zinc deficiency. I had one, so I'm always on the look out for foods high in zinc.
    I'm wondering if cashews should be called a superfood?
