Cajun Pumpkin Seeds #299636 by Dr. Jenny (pumpkin seeds & organic extra virgin olive oil)
Grilled Gremolada Tomatoes #454205 by Dreamer in Ontario (organic garlic, lemon (supposed to be there?), organic extra virgin olive oil, & tomatoes)

Here is another one after I realised this is not a meat free game,
Black Bean Soup With Cumin and Coriander #222812 by Studentchef (Superfoods: organic extra virgin olive oil, onion, organic garlic cloves, organic fresh cilantro, organic black beans, yogurt, lemon?)

I found this article about cashew nuts:

According to this, cashews are high in minerals such as magnesium, rion and zinc.
People with food intolerances easily get into deficiencies. Particularly gluten intolerance / celiac disease often cause a zinc deficiency. I had one, so I'm always on the look out for foods high in zinc.
I'm wondering if cashews should be called a superfood?
