    I hope you are still looking at this website. My Mama passed away before I ever learned to make the shrimp patties. I really would appreciate it if you could tell me how to make them. Just in time for Lent too!

    Good morning. Glad that you stopped in. Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. On page 1 SimplyMe posted a link to a recipe that I thought might be helpful to you.

    It has the recipe for the shrimp patties and says to serve them with red chili sauce. Here is the red chili sauce recipe that I use:
