If you say served on toasted bun, does the bun count as one of the ingredients? Also water is not mentioned in list, if your talking less than a tablespoon when putting dish together does that count?

Yes, if you have to list it out, it counts.
Like if it is a dip, you don't have to list the crackers, just can say you serve it with crackers in the directions, but if you have to sprinkle the actual recipe with chives, that is a garnish or serve it in a bread bowl, that is a garnish and that's food so it counts.
tx!
Hi Tonistime. I am not one of the Food.com "elves", but this was a question someone posed in another thread, and one of the "head elves" answer...
As far as the 1 Tbls of water goes, I probably wouldn't list it in the ingredients. But in the directions, maybe say something like "may be thinned with a Tbls of water if needed" when you get to that part of the directions.
Hope this helps you.

P.S. I'm sure one of the staff will come along to help you know for sure. I would suggest posting your questions from now on in the actual "5FIX Contest" thread. They may find you faster.
