    Missing recipes in my cookbook

Help! I had hundreds of recipes in My Cookbook on Food.com, saved over the past 8 years. Now my Main Cookbook is EMPTY. I had sorted only a few into other cookbooks, and those are there, although I am not positive that they are all there.

What happened to my recipes?! I was so loyal to Food.com, over the competing recipe websites, simply because of that cookbook. If those have been wiped out for some reason, I will be heartbroken. Is there any way to get them back?

This will have to wait for staff on Monday - I have not heard of this happening to anyone, but I'd be distressed, too. Just checking - you hovered over or clicked the blue box to the right of your icon, and then went to My Main Cookbook in the left-hand column?

I did, and it showed 0 recipes. I clicked on it anyhow, and it was empty. That was what scared me. After trying a few ways, I clicked on "All of my cookbooks" at the bottom, even though it said I had 0 recipes as well. the next screen showed the blocks to choose the separate cookbooks, and in one of those, I was finally able to access My Main Cookbook. I really thought there were more recipes in there before, but I will take what I can get.

In the meantime, now I fear the stability of the website, and feel an urgency to download the recipes to my own computer for future access. icon_cry.gif

Well, mine are all fine. No one else is reporting this and i am sure they would (and perhaps still will, of course). Just for heck of it, if you have another browser on your computer, why not check on that one. I am using FF, and also checked on Chrome, and both were fine.

I wish I had something else to suggest, but I am afraid this will have to wait until Monday.

Ruby, is it possible that you have 2 accounts? Would you mind sending me a zmail with any e-mail addresses that you have used over the past 8 years or so so I can check our records?
