    Extreme Low-Fat Chocolate Cake

If I substitute all the sugar with splenda, will it give it a weird taste or look different?

It looks like several reviewers used all or nearly all Splenda. Reviews often provide very helpful information of this type.

Sugar provides structure to cakes; using all Splenda may result in a flat, dense cake. (Sugar also provides browning, but for a chocolate cake, that's not relevant.)
